I am no longer able to print double-sided on my Officejet 5740 from my Windows 10 PC. It used to work great. Then it started printing the back side page upside down no matter what "flip" setting I selected in the printer settings. Now when I select double-sided printing it just prints on separate sheets.
I tested the printer by printing from my Android phone and the double-sided print function worked fine.
I have gone to the HP site and downloaded & installed the latest full featured driver with no change.
I think the printer is still using a Windows 10 driver that must have installed during a Windows 10 update.
Any suggestions from anyone with the same problem that has solved it.
Thanks

Hi,
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
