Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting an printhead failure error message on your HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer.
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

This unfortunately did not resolve my issue.
error message displayed is below:
Ink System Failure:
There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.
error message on hp application (laptop):
Missing or Failed Printhead
Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Blank
The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, incorrectly installed or incompatible.

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
