Hi @AEJ3570

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Check for Firmware Updates:

  • If the printer is operational after the restart, check for any available firmware updates. Go to the HP Support website, find your printer model, and follow the instructions to update the firmware.

3. Clean the Touch Screen:

  • Sometimes dirt or residue can affect touch sensitivity. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild glass cleaner to gently clean the screen.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

-Regards
