Good morning
The following error occurred while printing a document on the touch screen of the OfficeJet7612 printer:
Ink system error
Printer or ink problem. Turn the printer off and then on again. If the problem persists contact HP
I've tried to reset the printer, as suggested by the HP support on the web, but the error is still present. I've also changed all four ink cartridges, but the problem still persist.
Any suggestions to solve the problem?

Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Seems like a Hardware issue. Would suggest contacting HP for help if the product is under warranty.
