Officejet 8010
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

Have an Officejet 8010 at our office that is currently connected to a Windows 10 PC by USB.  It is shared and was working fine as a print location on other Windows 10 PCs.  Install was straightforward enough as well, just a matter of finding the PC under Network and then double clicking the shared printer.

Problem is that we have some new hardware that came with Windows 11.  These Windows 11 PCs seem incapable of printing to the Officejet, immediately giving an error in the print queue.  Built in Windows troubleshoot tells me nothing, install was done the same way as it was on the Windows 10 PCs previously.  Tried running the HP EasyStart but it will only discover our existing HP Laserjet M506 that is connected by ethernet cable.

Would love any help/suggestions you may be able to provide.  I assume there must be something simple I am missing...

Computers are connected to a domain, only "change" is that these are Windows 11 PCs vs. Windows 10.
