Product: HP OfficeJet 8012e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Officejet 8012e (wireless) does not print in windows 10 from my desktop. HP Smart shows that the printer is ready and online.

Printing from my tablet (android) and macbook pro is without any problem. When I want to  print a note from my e-mail, word doc. or pdf doc, the printing seems to start, but stops after a few seconds and prints nothing. In de spool map is always a .tmp file.

I always empty the spool map.

Can you help with this problem?
