HI,
I have an Officejet 8014, which starts up fine and will print a few jobs but then i get Error Code OX340EC67, i can hard reset the printer and it will do the same again, start fine and then either print a few jobs if needed or even if left it will error code.
Can anybody offer a solution?

I understand you get a 0x error in the middle of printing. Let us perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

The reset will work only if you are able to access the home screen of the printer.
I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
