I performed the reset via the German video and nothing seemed to change. A few days later, however, the color print heads began working again ... for no apparent reason.
Now, the blue and magenta have stopped working ... again.
Why would printheads work intermittantly?
If they're dirty, is there an EFFECTIVE way to clean printheads? Or must I just buy new?
AND, I've not gotten an answer to my original post last month.
Why is HP Support so slow?

I have a HP office jet Pro 8500 all in one printer. The ink cartriges are full but i have not used the printer for a while i have cleaned them and reinstalled them i keep getting the message the ink cartridges have expired it wont take me to the next screen
I have disconnected everything and rebooted it nothing happens. Also i have appl mac laptop i have down loaded the driver it does not install and in add printer icon i cant see this printer any suggestions how to reset and install the driver
