Hi @ajoyfulnoise137,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet 9120e series printer is only printing the last page of a document, this issue may be caused by incorrect print settings, a driver problem, or document formatting issues. Here's a list of troubleshooting steps you can try.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Print Range: Make sure the print range is set to "All Pages" instead of just the last page.
    • Windows: Go to Print > Printer Properties > Preferences and confirm that the entire document is selected for printing.
    • Mac: When printing, check the print dialog box to ensure that the print range is set to "All Pages."
  • Spooler Settings: Ensure the printer's spooler is configured to print after the entire document is spooled.
    • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click on the printer, select Printer Properties, go to the Advanced tab, and check the option "Start printing after last page is spooled."

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver:

  • Windows: Uninstall the current printer driver via Device Manager, then reinstall the latest driver from HP’s official website or use HP’s Smart App.
  • Mac: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, remove and re-add the printer, or download the latest driver from HP’s website.

Check Document Formatting:

  • Try printing from a different application to ensure the issue isn’t with the document formatting.
  • Convert the document to PDF and try printing the PDF to see if the issue persists.

Reset the Printer:

  • Power off the printer and unplug it for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on to reset the hardware.

Test with a Different Document or Application:

  • Try printing a different document to see if the issue persists. If the printer works fine with other documents, the problem may be specific to the initial file.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
