The Full software for the J3680 will not install on my new (6months) Acer Windows 10 PC. I do not have the error codes but when undoing the install process it keeps on referring to Windows 8 and I made sure the software I selected was supposed to be for Windows 10. I have went through the complete process, including all the trouble shooting processes, and still it will not install. 3 hrs of this and I am not impressed. This same machine and software worked fine on my Windows 7 PC.

Thank you for the solution. My Printer is now up and running the Full software. I would like to add just incase others try this solution, in the insructions it does not state wether the printer should by plugged into a power source or not. My first attempt I had it plugged in because I thought that it likely would not work without power. That was when I had issues. On my second attempt I left it unplugged from the power source (wall outlet) and went through the installation without a problem. This was not stated in the instructions but this is what worked for me. Hope this helps.
