from what I understand I need to try to change printheads....so, I have to spend 120€...and if the matter is not resolved I have to set the printer for technical assistance....
I buy a new printer and I solved the problem more quickly and saving money.

My cyan color cartridge ran out and I purchased anpther and installed it. The hp 8500A continue to tell me that the cyan is out of ink. I returned one and the second one is recieving the same response. What so I do??????

So you are saying there is no work around there. That I have to go buy color cartridges when all I want to print is black and white. Even when I go into advanced settings and choose black and white it still wont work. If this is the case this is the worst printer in the world. Please advise.
