Officejet Pro 8600

Ink System Failure message: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

I click the OK button and a 1:08 min video animation plays on the screen. I cannot move past this error message.

I have turned the printer off, unplugged it and turned it on again with no change. I also reseated the printhead and cartridges multiple times.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink System Failure: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
