Product: Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Recently installed new HP ink cartridges to Officejet Pro 8600..now it won't print from an email from yahoo or other site info

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to print from the computer?

  • Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
  • Did you print from a different browser and check if prints?
  • Are you getting any error message while printing?

Yes...prints fine from Word doc or makes copies fine...just can't get it to print anything from an email, website, pdf form sent to me (from a doctor's office ) etc...I think when I tried to fix a previous problem and set and re-set printer settings, it lost it's ability to connect to the computer/internet...it is not wireless...it is wired
