Hi,

I was getting a print head malfunction error (cyan) so I replaced the print head and I'm still getting the same problem. I took the print head out and cleaned the "tray" that it sits in and the problem stays. They I removed the other print head and I noticed that the appears to be a "pad" in the tray where the print head sits but the cyan head doesn't have the pad. I wonder if the pad became stuck to the old head and I threw it out. Can someone check and see if the should be a pad under the cyan head?

If yes, where can I get one?

Thanks in advance,

Jeff
