Hp office jet pro 276dw.  When power is applied to printer the power light immediately comes on hp logo on display.  Progress indicator frozen.  I tried the hold power button for 40 seconds when power plugged in   No change.   Any other ideas out there?   The printer has not had much usage. 110 pages   When installed it came up and we were able to print test page.  Now locked.   Thanks for any help!

Your link assumes the printer boots correctly.    The printer comes on with the power button lite from power connect.  I then  disconnected the power, held the power button and powered on, keeping the power button held for 40 seconds.  no change.  What is the next step please?

Thanks

Lee

The provided solution did not work. I am still looking for an answer to this issue.  I really need to get this to fully power up to connect to my network for printing.

Thanks

Thank you for the reply.  I was able to resolve the issue  yesterday.  I had left the printer unplugged since I submitted the request for help.  I plugged it back in, and it cleanly booted, and I was able to complete the installation.

Again thanks

Lee
