Error printing. The printer could not print the message.
I have Windows 10 (64-bit) now after my older Win 10 motherboard crashed and now my ole V40 will not print. With the previous Windows 10 it was working just fine. Help!

I see from your post that you're having issues while printing from your HP OfficeJet printer after reinstalling the Operating system. Don't worry we'll wok together to help you find a solution.
After reviewing your post I did go through the software and driver download page of the printer software and found that there is no full feature software available for Windows 10.
In this scenario, I would suggest here is to Install the printer drivers using Windows Built in drivers.
I would suggest here is to Uninstall the printer drivers and then try installing the Windows built-in drivers for the printer.
Simply turn on the printer and connect the USB cable from the printer to the PC. The drivers will be installed in 2-3 minutes. Go to Control panel - Devices and printers to check the printer entry and make it as default printer if needed.
