ENVY 5032

Hello! I hope someone can help. My printer is fine for a short while and works ok but then all the lights start flashing and error code: OXB3B55508 comes up on screen.
I’ve tried following video guides and resetting wifi but it keeps happening. If anyone can help/advise I’d appreciate it.
thanks

Hi @CB1810,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a "OXB3B55508" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
