Hello everyone.
I'm asking for help because, this morning, my HP OfficeJet 6950 stopped working when I changed the black cartridge, the original 903 XL. It displayed the following message: "One or more cartridges missing or damaged. Until cartridges are installed, ensure that the printer is turned off to avoid damage." I put back the old cartridge, but the problem persisted. I then changed all the cartridges one by one, replacing all of them.
I still get the same error message.
I followed all the advice I found on this forum, but with no results. I believe the problem lies with the printer, as I've changed two sets of new cartridges, and every time I turn on the printer, the message remains the same.
Now the printer is stuck and unusable.
Thank you for any advice you may provide.
