I recently purchased a HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer but can't get it to print correctly as the paper goes through the printer but comes out blank. I've gone through the steps online but none of them have worked. Is there anything else I can try?

Thank you for posting back.
let's prepare your printer for a wireless connection, and restart the printer, computer, and router.
- Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
- Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
- Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
- Turn on the computer.
Next, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues- Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.

- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?

My colour copy print works but not the black ink. I bought my HP Deskjet 2700 a few days ago and it came sealed with the ink cartridges but when I did a report it stated that the ink cartridge is not genuine. How is this possible? Help!!😒 It prints blank
