HP ENVY 5540. PRINTS TEST PAGE OK, BUT WHEN I SEND A DOCUMENT TO THE PRINTER, IT PRINTS BLANK PAGES.

Only prints blank pages, and prints blank copies too.

Copies print out blank. WIFI LIGHT is steady on.

HP Officejet Pro 6830. It also does the same when I attempt to print copies.
