HP Recommended

I have a flashing orange light at the information button and the ink spot but I put brand new ink in it worked fine for a little bit and now won’t do anything. I have done a factory reset and of course now I don’t have access to my printer on my hp app and it won’t print at all now. It won’t connect to my app either. I am at a lose on what to do.
