Hello,
Is there an "E / 3" flashing on the printer with Orange color on the printer ?
If yes, then open the cartridge access door, remove the cartridges. Reinstall the cartridges, ensure they snap well in their respective slots. Close the cartridge access door. Press the "Cancel button - Red" on the printer to continue.

Hello,
Press the information button (i) for 3 seconds and release it. Printer would start to print the Information Page.
Attach the page in this post, but ensure you mask out the printer serial number.

Hello,
Light bar pulses blue and flashes amber : This occurs when the printer loses the Wi-Fi connection or there is a connection error during setup.
Please check the Wifi icon on your printer, if its blinking or steady.
This happens mostly during first-time setup. If yes then press and hold the Wireless button on the back of the printer for five seconds to reset the wireless connection. Then, set the printer up again.
You may have to use HP SMART APP to setup this printer.
