Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3630 All-in-One Printer Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Out of Paper error message makes me unable to print documents. Checked the troubleshooting steps for such issue yet I'm hesitant and not knowledgeable in checking the paper rollers for this product. Please guide me specifically for this printer model (HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3630 All-in-One Printer Series). Thank you!

If the copy works, you have a computer/driver problem, not the printer.
