Greetings Kathyu,

Can you try the following? Press and hold the two buttons on both sides of the output tray to move out the output tray from the printer. In your case, you may need to first align it and then tug the tray pretty hard.
I need more details on how it is stuck, did it happen while you had a paper jam?
