Printer suddenly stopped working showing error paper size mismatch error always. I tried all steps provided by virtual support. my printer is out of warranty. So I am not able to contact a HP Support person also. can someone help with this issue? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a paper size mismatch issue with your HP DeskJet 2755 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Does the copy work fine?
- What is the paper size which you are trying to print on?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle

Also, Update software on Mac.

Thank you for your reply. Here are my printer details and answers to your questions.
- copy is working partially means when I put Us Letter size paper it reduced the size and printed in portion of page.
- I am trying US Letter which I use always. i am trying just a regular word document and/or several other normal US letter size PDFs/images etc.
- I am using HP Smart since beginning
- I tried using air print thru my mobile but it did not print US Letter size it reduced image and printed very small.
I tried steps in this Troubleshoot a 'Paper Mismatch' message (Mac)
I installed HP Easy Start and followed steps. it failed with message below "Cannot obtain software information. Check your network connection, and then try again."
I checked for firmware update and it is up to date.
I removed and reinstalled my hp smart app as well it didn't work.
