Hi team,
I mistakenly procured HP printer from one of your Authorized Dealer in Bangalore. The Printer is not working as per my needs. it’s been almost 3-4 months; I have been facing an issue of very slow output. I have raised a complaint multiple time. the below case has been registered on 15th May, which has not been resolved yet.

Whenever I reach out to your team for support on WhatsApp, the million dollars answer I get is that it’s been escalated to next level, the technician would visit in next 24-48 hours. But it has already been passed 48 days, and the issue is not resolved yet. Don’t you have any SLA to close a case logged by any customer ?

Thank you for sharing the caSe number, I was trying to find the details and noticed that the last conversation today was with a Supervisor and I was not able to view there detals, May I know did you speak to the Supervisor from the India support team and what was the update and did they provide any details, Let me know so I cna try to find all the help I can.
