Started printing document then went to cancel print and page printed with the following:
PCL XL Error
Subsystem: TEXT
Error: Internal Error 0x50
Operator: BeginChar
Position: 31
Display on printer showing purple and unable to print any new documents

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.
This issue can be fixed by enabling the following option in Printer Preferences.
To access Printer Preferences, follow these steps:

Open the Control Panel.

Open Printers and Faxes.

Right-click HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP Series PCL 6, and select Printing Preferences.

Under the Advanced tab, change the Print Data Optimization from Auto to Optimize for Text and Vector.

Now try printing the document.

If the document did not print then try turning the printer off then back on. Try printing the document again.
