HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PDF documents won't print on my HP LaserJet Pro 200 color printer. When I initiate a print job the printer just delivers empty / blank pages. Word documents and internet pages are printed correctly.

The problem started after a reinstallation of Windows10 on my laptop. A reinstallation of Windows 10 on a second laptop, same problem.

The printer is connected via a wifi network.

I carried out the following actions to try and solve the problem:

  • Installed the latest firmware 2019040
  • I reinstalled the latest software
  • Adjusted the printer as a standard printer in Windows10
  • Installed HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.3. (no errors found)

No results in proper PDF printing with HP so far.

I hope someone in the community can help me out with this problem?

A factory reset on the printer is the solution for this problem!

  • Switch off the printer and wait for 30 s
  • Switch on the printer with your tumb in the left lower corner of your display (keep tumb pressed)
  • Wait for the text "Permanent storage init" (let tumb go)
  • Complete printer setting in the display

Job done.
