A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

Try printing the PDF file as an image. You may use the steps available here to print the PDF file as an image. We can also try disabling reverse order printing in PDF, instructions on how to disable reverse order printing in PDF can be found here

Let me know how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!

Dear,

Thank you for your reply. However, I didn't receive a solution.

The link to printing the file as an image only applies to Windows, while I am a Mac user.

The link for disabling reverse order printing seems to be the wrong one. It is a link to a solution for double sided printing.

Thank you in advance for sending me a correct solution.

Kind regards.

You are welcome! The steps mentioned on Print PDF as an image document is applicable for Mac and Windows operating system. Try the following steps to Print the PDF file as an image:

1.) Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader or Acrobat..

2.) Choose File, select Print and then click Advanced. (If you don't see the Advanced button, click the Down Arrow (to the right of the Printer pop-up menu).

3.) Select Print as Image.

4.) Click OK.

Keep me posted!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback.

However, there is no Advanced button, neither a Down arrow shown.

In the meanwhile, I have found a solution. The PDF file needs to be saved and converted to .PNG.

...Very annoying.

Best regards.

Glad to hear that you found a workaround. Not sure why the advanced button or the down arrow is not displayed in the print dialogue window. Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the Adobe Reader or Acrobat print dialogue window.

Thanks! It looks like you are using Preview to print the PDF file. I believe only Adobe Acrobat and reader have the Print as Image option. You may download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader from here. Once you complete the installation, use the steps in my second post to Print the PDF file as Image.
