I am trying to print .pdf files which contain both text and images, but the images are being omitted from the print every time. There is no ink shortage, and I cannot find out what exactly causes this problem. I have seen that others had a similar issue and fixed it by disabling "advanced printing features" in the printer properties, but my "Enable advanced printing features" checkbox is greyed out, so I cannot disable it.
If there is some surefire way to get images to come out with the text, let me know. Otherwise, just helping out with the advanced printing features would be great.
Thanks.
