I am using a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw. When I try to print many (not all) pdfs from Adobe Acrobat Pro via AirPrint, a document instead prints out saying the following: "PDF Warning Subsystem: PARSER Warning: InternalError 00 Error Information: invalid font." The document I'm trying to print does not actually print. All document fonts are embedded in the PDF, and installed on my computer. I am on a MacBook Pro (intel processor) running macOS Sonoma version 14.6.1. My printer has firmware version TETONXXXXN002.2428A.00. Personalities installed: PCL 5c (Version 5.0c), PCL6 (Version 3.0), PostScript 3.0 (Version 3011.001), AirPrint™ (Version 20100826).
If I tell Acrobat to print the document as an image, it will work, but this is a pain and I'd really like to avoid having to change that setting every time I print a document.
How can I resolve this issue?
