Hi all
The display printer says after registration at HP the instant ink can be useable.
I dont know what kind of registration , i register to the web site (or no need?)just in case but problem still remains. I have use printer to scan some things , it works.
What should i do?

To assist you better, what is the exact error?
Are you using the ink cartridges that came with the printer?
If you want to enroll the printer in Instant Ink, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Note: Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

If you want Instant Ink, then yes you need to pay. If you do want to enroll the printer in Instant Ink, you don't have to pay.
HP Instant Ink is an ink cartridge replacement service. To participate, enroll your HP Instant Ink eligible printer in an Instant Ink plan. The plan charges a fee based on the number of pages you print each month.

You will still be able to print and scan if you do not use Instant Ink. If you are not able to print, let me know if you get any errors while printing.
