Hi @MAHENDRA25 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are getting an error code "252" on an HP LaserJet printer typically indicates a paper jam or sensor issue.

Here's what you can do to resolve it:

  • Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer's access doors and carefully inspect the paper path for any obstructions. Remove any jammed paper you find.
  • Clear Paper Path: Ensure that there is no torn paper left in the printer. Even small shreds of paper can cause issues.
  • Reset Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple reset can clear the error.
  • Check Sensors: Look for any sensors within the paper path and make sure they are not blocked or obstructed. Gently clean the sensors with a dry, lint-free cloth.
  • Check Paper Tray Settings: Make sure the paper tray is loaded correctly and that the paper guides are adjusted properly to fit the size of the paper.
  • Inspect Fuser Assembly: If the printer still displays the error after checking for jams and sensors, there may be an issue with the fuser assembly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
