Please help. I cannot tell if it was after an update but I realised that my printer has been doing a horrible job. It begins a printing job and after a few pages, begins printing incompletely or even leaves the page empty despite being counted as printed on the queue. I causes me to waste a lot of papers with these printed errors. There seems to be nothing to point out is wrong as my inks are adequate and well calibrated and yet it keeps happening. What might be wrong please. I am in Nigeria and would not want to give it to ant quack to attempt to repair and do not have contacts for HP agents I can visit here. Please help, urgently as I have to end up spending to get jobs printed at a business center. It happens for print copy and even scan jobs

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting print quality issues, and I am glad to assist you.
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:-
Check the toner-cartridge status
Check the supplies status page for the following information:
Estimated percentage of cartridge life remaining
Approximate pages remaining
Part numbers for HP toner cartridges
Number of pages printed
- From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Supplies
button.
- Touch the Report button to print the supplies status page.
Print a cleaning page
- From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup
button.
- Touch the Service menu.
- Touch the Cleaning Page button.
- Load plain letter or A4 paper when you are prompted.
- Touch the OK button to begin the cleaning process.
- The product prints the first side and then prompts you to remove the page from the output bin and reload it in Tray 1, keeping the same orientation. Wait until the process is complete. Discard the page that prints.
