HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

THERE IS REPEATEDLY A PRINTHEAD PROBLEM ON MY PRINTER. I HAVE CHECK FOR CLOGS, CLEANED THE INK CARTRIGES AND RESET THE PRINTER MULTIPLE TIMES. I CANNOT REMOVE THE PRINTHEAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Point of note: I understand you are frustrated but typing in caps is the online equivalent of yelling and is considered poor conduct, especially when you are seeking assistance from VOLUNTEERS. Some will skip you post simply for that reason.

 

If you have tried all the steps you indicate then we move to the conclusion that you have a hardware failure of either the main control board or the printhead itself. I see that there are vendors who sell replacement printheads, but they appear to not be a normal user replaceable item and likely some disassembly of the printer will be required. You Tube is often a good resource to find a video on these sorts of replacements.
