That is a good question - and a common inquiry.

The answer is "Yes - with limitations"

Specifications > Paper Handling > Paper tray capacities

Cards
Up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index maximum)
Up to 20 cards

Card paper made from Index stock is supported to 200 gsm / 110 lb.

Index paper is manufactured to an ISO standard for that paper type.  Each type of paper (for example, Text, Cover, Index, Bond) is manufactured to a certain density, thickness, paper surface type, and weight standard for that kind of paper.

The printer can handle card paper - made from Index stock - within the weight limitations outlined in the Specifications.

Gsm / paper weight (includes media type “card stock”
