OFFICEJET 5610 All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have used an HP 5610 All-in-One since 2008.

Few days ago the printer stopped working and gave me “Error: 0xd05d010d Reset power”, the lights of buttons “ON”, “COPY”, “FAX”, “SCAN”, and the “QUESTION MARK” on the front panel were on.

I tried every given proposal from other users e.g. remove cartridges, reset the printer with #3 or #6 or #9, removing usb and electricity cables……. but no result.

Finally I am in front of a printer refusing to work for me, with all the aforementioned indications, plus a continuous “beep” and the cartridges removed.

Is there any other option/proposal to be tested?

Tanks in advance for your help;

Finally my HP printer had a hardware problem and it was replaced by a new HP OfficeJet 3830. Thanks for the support.
