Am hoping someone on here can help.  It looks like a lot of people get the same/similar message:

Pagewide Pro 477dw Printing functionality disabled. Please contact HP. Error Code 0xc6fd0713

I have logged tickets with HP, but each time they just close it off with no comments to say why they are just closing it.  The error started about 1 month after the warranty ran out, but I don't mind paying for the repair if it is reasonable.

I have tried every solution that has been recommended, but no luck.  It looks like this is a common fault with this printer, but it seems that the switch off and reset options are the only suggestions and these haven't worked.

Would appreciate any advice as this wasn't a cheap printer and my business paid for it so I really need it to work for me.

Likely a failed print bar and repair is 3x the price of the machine.

Thank you.  I thought this would be the case.  Bit frustrating because it only worked for a few weeks after it went out of warranty.   I guess I'll have to buy a new printer, but.not an HP this time!!
