Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

I've been dealing with a paper jam where the paper is constantly ripping. I have no idea how or why it's happening. There's no shred of paper in the feed to take out, the gears don't look out of place. It's the same thing. I dread the possibility of getting a new printer when I've only had it two years.  Is there anything I can do to fix it?
