I have a paper jam error, however I've checked the printer multiple times and there isn't any paper inside the printer.

I've also shut down the printer (turned on and off) it hopes it would clear.  The printer is less than 1 year old.

I had a paper jam in my printer HP Officejet 9015. I cleared the jam and the printer keeps telling me there's a paper jam. I've done the following:

opened the front panel, top panel, paper tray and have looked into all areas of the printer with a flashlight. I've also unplugged the printer several times and still getting the paper jam message.

When I look at the instructions as to where the jam is, there is no jam there or anywhere
