Product: Hp 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer says paper jam but no paper is jammed, this is the first time this has happened. I have tried every trick they told me on the trouble shooter. Does anyone else have some new tricks or experienced the same problem?
