Paper Jam on duplex printing when using Microsoft word

Hello, good day.

I've been using my printer for a couple of years until I discovered it had a duplex printing option feature after I updated the drivers

This has been quite helpful as I've been manually doing this in the past. 

Now my problems is this; any time I try to use the duplex printing on Microsoft word, I encounter a paper Jam when the paper tries to return for second page printing.

At first I thought it was the sensor or fuser but, I tried printing again from Adobe reader and it printed fine, so I tried every document viewer and editor  I have installed and they all printed fine on duplex without paper jam except for Microsoft word. After printing 86 pages on duplex using Adobe reader, I tried MSWord again and boom! Paper jam.

What can be causing this?

I prefer using MSWord and opening my documents with other viewers seems to affect my formatting, pages numbers and lots more. So I still need to print from MSWord.

This error also occurs when I try to print from MSWord on other computers using the same printer.

Which driver are you using? Which version of Word are you using? USB or Network connection?

Sorry for my late response, already gave up on getting responses.

The driver version is PCL6 class driver, error occurred in all version of Microsoft word. 2007,2010,2013,2016,360.

But duplex prints fine from PDF viewers, other word processors and web browser.

Paper jams only on MSWord duplex printing.

I've also tested it across other computers in the office... Same thing. So I'm sure it wasn't my PC.

I also tried the version 7 of the PCL6 driver and same thing happens, doesn't matter whether USB or network, I've tried both, same result.
