Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

Hello,

 

I have a paper jam in the rear of my printer. I tried released the transfer roller and tried pulling out the paper from the rollers in one piece. But it was so jammed it ripped. Any ideas how to release the rollers? I attached a photo to show my predicament. IMG_6760.jpgIMG_6759.jpg
