I am unable to put back the paper path cover after clearing a paper jam.

The HP video says to lift the duplexer cover but it is stuck.

Hi!

 

The model is HP Envy 5530.  The duplex cover is stuck - I can't lift it uo.  And the rollers aren't moving so I can clean them.
