Product: Envy 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I attempt to print an envelope from Microsoft Word on WIndows 10 on my HP Envy 5660, I get a paper size mismatch error.  I was able to print envelopes last week.  Nothing has changed on the printer setup.  The only thing that I had done differently is to print some photos from the photo tray.  Now I can't print envelopes.

Open the tray, then close it again.

On the printer control panel, modify / change the paper type to envelope and select the size

If the envelope / size is not listed, leave the paper as plain and change the size to Custom

After Options are selected / set, Click Print
