Envy 5010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to print on postcard photo paper (HP Everyday glossy 10cm x 15cm), I get the error on the printer. I've modified the paper size and type appropriately on the printer but in every application on my Windows 10 laptop I'm only able to select either A4 or Letter paper size. It prints on A4 plain paper successfully.

I've reset the printer (pulled the power cable out for 60 secs while turned on) and preformed a factory reset - all to no avail. I've printed to this same paper OK in the past so I don't know why it won't do it now, although I do recall seeing the printer perform an update in the last few days.

Model: HP Envy 5010

Firmware: VERBARSPP1N003.2009B.00

Solved. I've just downloaded and upgraded to the latest HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories software on the PC, and now I'm able to select all paper sizes again from application print dialogs.
