Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer continually says that the printer tray is open. I have taken the tray out and looked, there is no paper stuck inside. Everything is fitting perfectly yet it continues to say it. I have turned my printer off and on and reset the whole thing and it still will not work. This is very frustrating considering this printer is not even a whole month old.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team for a replacement as this could be a hardware issue.
