Hi @Frank12251933,

I'd like to help!

Follow the instruction below-

Load plain paper in the input tray.

  1. Pull out the input tray, and then slide out the paper guides.

Pulling out the input tray and sliding the paper-width guides outward

  2. To load legal-size paper, press and hold the tray extender button near the front left of the tray, and then pull the input tray to extend it.

Pressing button near the front left of the tray

  3. Load a stack of paper (no more than 250 sheets) into the input tray, and then push the stack into the tray until it stops.

  4. Make sure the stack of paper aligns with the paper stack guide on the front of the input tray.

Do not exceed maximum stack height

  5. Slide in the paper guides until they touch the edge of the stack of paper.

  6. Push the input tray into the printer.

    Reinserting the input tray

Your printer is now ready to print on plain paper. Before printing, make sure to select the correct paper size and settings for your print job.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
