Paper creasing

When printing large jobs, some of the pages have creases in the middle. I have run a cleaning cycle but the ink isn't the issue. Attached are pics of the front and back sides of the dreaded crease. I have 2 of these printers and they both started doing this after about a year of steady use. Thank you!!

Hope you are well, usually its recommended to update the paper settings on the printer, please go to set up > system setup > paper setup > tray 1 configure as any size and any type - for tray 2 letter - plain. 

Please make sure the paper is not under humid conditions. 

if the issue is becoming a constant behavior on the device,  go to the set up option and then please select service and then select less paper curl.
