Is there a way to make the tray that catches the paper pop out automatically on sending a print instruction ? If I’m not sitting at the printer to pull out the tray, and I send something to print, the paper ends up on the floor.

Unfortunately, no - the little output paper tray is manual operation - no springs or auto-extend.

 

I do get what you are saying, our 9025 is kept in a closed cabinet - we have to open the door and remember to pull out the tray to prevent the paper from going where it will.
